Reem Acra Spring 2014 Wedding Dresses
Reem Acra knows how to put on a memorable show---and she did just that for Spring 2014. The collection, designed in a mood of "smouldering sensuality", was dramatic and whimsical with an emphasis on figure-flattering fit and flare gowns and statement accessories. Models carried lace parasols festooned with tulle and donned romantic veils adorned with bejewelled headbands and sweet phrases such as "only you" and "just married." The dresses themselves were sophisticated and sexy, with plunging necklines, exposed backs and clingy fabrics. The gowns also featured sparkle aplenty and lots of Reem's signature embroidery. Many gowns featured crystals and pearls which were meticulously applied by hand to stunning effect.
