Monique the Magnificent

Nicole and I had the chance to get up close and personal with Monique’s latest collection last week at White, Toronto’s exclusive trunk show, and we’re in love with the entire collection. Lori Weil, sales director for the brand, gave us the complete walk-through of all that’s new and beautiful in Monique’s bridal offerings this season, and there’s lots of detailing, sumptuous fabrics, and accessories like belts and boleros, which allow you to switch up your wedding look during your day. One dress we were particularly smitten with was this beauty that White had in the window. Just in case you think it might be your dream dress, it’s called the Deluxe, and it’s an embellished re-embroidered lace/gazar gown with an asymmetrical trumpet skirt, paired with the Deluxe bolero featuring embroidered tulle cap sleeves and the Deluxe sash made from piqué ribbon finished with beaded ends. This one is a beauty!
