Brides looking for a touch of Old Hollywood glam with an edgy twist will find a perfect match in Johanna Johnson’s latest offering. An unmistakable air of nostalgia and romance was present throughout the heirloom-inspired collection, which saw over-the-top vintage designs reminiscent of the 1920's flapper styles and the ultra-feminine glamour of the 1940s. Silk, in a variety of colours ranging from champagne to slate blue, was a prominent fabric within this collection. Bold metallic detailing and sharp geometric paneling also gave gowns an exquisite Art Deco feel. Other noteworthy looks featured lustrous jumpsuits, flowing capes, fur shrugs and glittering metallic fringe gowns.
