How to Wear Glitter on Your Wedding Day

Every girl wants to sparkle on her wedding day, but when it comes to glitter, you can definitely have too much of a good thing. Katy Perry is known for her love of sparkle, and definitely gets the makeup look right here with her starry silver eyes. Yesterday I had David Vincent, international makeup artist for Lise Watier, in the office introducing me to the company’s beautiful (and very glittery) holiday 2011 collection. When discussing the fact that many women overdo glitter, Vincent shared a few savvy tips on how to wear it well. “Don't wear it from head to toe; make it subtle and sexy” Vincent says, saying he loves the look of glitter on they eyes and across the shoulders and decolleté. “Also, when deciding what shade to wear, I always like harmonizing the colour with accessories—wearing gold with gold, and silver with silver. gold with gold, and silver with silver.
