Elbeth Gillis 2021 Wedding Gowns

  |   By Alison McGill

South African bridal designer Elbeth Gillis has launched her 2021 collection Grace and Gillis says it is the new wedding landscape of intimate and micro-weddings which inspired it.

“Dress backs will become more interesting and take a deep dive—we have many of gowns in this collection with a deep back,” Gillis shares. “The trend is toward more classic understated dresses. The beauty is in the fabric, volume or shape rather than lots of details. What we will see going forward is more modern and less vintage-looking lace.”

From slinky slip dresses, to structured gowns with minimal detailing which can be dressed up with capelets, collars and bows, Gillis' 2021 collection is perfect if you want a gown with a great design and silhouette without all the extra embellishments.
