Destination Dresses

The nice thing about beachside “I dos” (besides the location, naturally!) is the fun, carefree fashion. You can sashay through the sand in a Grecian goddess gown or flirty mini-dress. Speaking of which, I stumbled across this stunning crochet number while perusing Diane von Furstenberg’s website with my colleague Jenn (I’m definitely not the only DVF devotee in our office). This look would be apropos for an intimate ceremony on Bermuda’s sunny shores and perfectly captures this season’s modern boho vibe. Rumour has it that songbird Mandy Moore wore a lacy tea-length dress and sandals to wed sweetie Ryan Adams. While I’m not so sure about the shotgun wedding (the couple was only engaged for a month prior), I definitely applaud her ensemble!
