For her fall 2014 bridal collection, Claire Pettibone channeled the essence of the Dutch floral still-life paintings popularized in the 17th century. Much of Pettibone’s influence can be traced back to her childhood where she often found herself immersed in the art galleries and museums of New York. Her affinity for the classics is at the forefront of her latest collection, which boasts stunning gowns with gold gilding and intricate sheer lace detailing. Unveiled amongst a rose petal-adorned runway, Pettibone showcased rich floral embroidery and gowns donning illusion backs for an ultra-feminine feel that brides are sure to adore.
