A runway festooned with pretty pink rose petals set the tone for the Claire Pettibone Fall 2013 collection. Claire Pettibone is known for her bohemian yet elegant aesthetic, and she certainly didn't disappoint this season. Her latest crop of dreamy dresses was absolutely perfect for an enchanted garden wedding. The Claire Pettibone Fall 2013 collection incorporated plenty of the hottest trends. First and foremost, there wasn't a strapless dress in sight! From streamlined illusion sleeves and billowy capelets to lacy cap sleeves, Claire Pettibone Fall 2013 was all about sophisticated coverage. This is a trend we've been tracking for a while now, and we couldn't be happier to see so many stylish alternatives to strapless bridal gowns. Another trend that was present in the Claire Pettibone Fall 2013 collection was the subtle use of colour. By using ribbons and intricate floral embroidery, Claire Pettibone incorporated soft shades of sage green, dusty rose and powder blue into her gowns. Lastly, we would be remiss if we didn't mention the glorious floral headpieces the models wore on the runway. Who says your flowers have to be relegated to your bouquet?
