Light and ethereal yet strong and seductive, Christian Siriano’s latest bridal collection combines the best of both worlds.
The romance of the south of France and the impressionist art movement of the 19th century informed the collection’s elegant feel, while the fluidity of ballet dancers influenced the flowing look of the silhouettes. The designer was aiming to strike a balance between tradition and modernity, creating his gowns for the bride who’s classically beautiful, sophisticated and playful all at once. Add in an element of dreamy whimsy conveyed through pearl embroidery, tulle and feathers, and the collection truly offers something for every bridal style.
Unconventional brides will love the looks that could cross over into evening wear, like the feathered cocktail dress and the dazzling sequinned jumpsuit. However, the real show-stopper of the collection is the white-to-fuchsia ombré ball gown complete with a sweeping train and delicate spaghetti straps.
