Breakfast at Tiffany's

The lovely people at Tiffany’s in Toronto invited the fashion media in for lattes and mimosas early one morning, enjoyed while perusing Tiffany’s exquisite jewellery collections. The star attraction of the event was coloured gemstones—everything from rings to earrings, necklaces, bracelets and brooches were specifically showcased in a special in-store display, “Captivating Colour” (it runs in the Toronto store through May 29th). Everything I saw was simply spectacular and the brilliant colours of the stones would make for a particularly bold choice for wedding-day accessories. I LOVED this pink sapphire orchid brooch! Even if you can’t afford the real deal, pick up a costume piece inspired by this little gem.
