Best Dressed: Mila Kunis and Catherine Zeta-Jones

As Stephanie noted in her earlier post, one of the biggest fashion trends to emerge from this year's Golden Globes was the colour green! It is with this in mind that I devote my best dressed entry to two emerald-clad goddesses: Mila Kunis and Catherine Zeta-Jones. And it just so happens that both of these lovely ladies also chose to wear dresses by popular bridal designers: Kunis wore Vera Wang and Zeta-Jones wore Monique Lhuillier. Needless to say it doesn't take much imagination to picture these gorgeous red-carpet gowns in white! What do I love about these dresses (other than the colour)? Let's start with Kunis: the one-shoulder silhouette, detailed draping and fishtail train are all right in line with what we're seeing on the bridal runways. As for Zeta-Jones, I for one am pleased to see the ballgown back in the spotlight—nothing says glamour like a flawlessly fitted bodice and luscious layered skirt.
