Classic, clean and effortlessly-chic designs dominated Amsale’s Fall 2016 collection. Although looks reinforced the brand’s minimalist charm, designer Amsale Aberra didn’t shy away from elevating her eponymous collection with opulent crystal beading, handcrafted embroidery and soft floral embellishments. Resplendent A-lines and ball gowns played into the collection’s timeless aesthetic, while fit-and-flare silhouettes gave Amsale’s latest line an ultra-feminine boost. Other looks offered a more demure vibe, which featured prominently on a stunning regal-inspired Chantilly lace gown with illusion long sleeves and floral accents. Sheer detailing and lush textures also added a contemporary, playful touch to Aberra’s designs, with dresses donning elegant, yet subtly risqué, cutout corded lace for a simple, airy feel. Showcasing this modern, flirty look was a destination-friendly tea-length corded lace dress with a plunging v-neckline and spaghetti straps, ideal for romantic beach nuptials.
