A-List Appetite

This year's festival runs until Jan. 25th and so far celebs like Zooey Deschanel, Susan Sarandon, Ben Affleck and Emma Roberts have been spotted schmoozing, shopping and dining all over the town. One not-to-be-missed gastronomic event is the Bon Appetit Supper Club, where world-class chefs like Cat Cora (pictured), from Food Network's Iron Chef, are responsible for feeding the mouths of hungry celebs. A-list events are a great place to get inspired for your wedding. Plus, food is the one part of your reception that you shouldn't skimp on.

Appetizer:

• Chickpea fritters and polenta squares topped with Swiss chard, candied pumpkin seeds and a sliver of sun-dried tomato

Main:

• Silky roasted winter squash and saffron soup
• Herbed potato risotto spiked with chanterelle mushrooms

Dessert:

• Rich chocolate ganache tartlet with a salted caramel gelato, accented with peanut brittle
