Rustic Wedding Venue

100 Acre Wood

This Prince Edward County venue opened in 2017 and is owned and run by husband and wife team Kevin and Mary Wood. If you’re looking for a rustic venue with a cozy feel, 100 Acre Wood delivers that and then some. A full-service venue that prides itself in taking care of the planning, set-up, catering, bartending and other services, 100 Acre Wood only holds one wedding per weekend, allowing you to truly feel like you have your own private getaway for you and your guests. The venue includes a chapel, a tent under which you can dine, a fire pit, and plenty of space for up to 150 people. Having previously worked in the food industry, the Woods provide a unique culinary experience, with ingredients cooked over a fire and dishes served family-style. “I still dream of the delicious spread that Mary and Kevin cooked, the special moments my husband and I shared on the 100-acre-deep trail immediately after our ceremony, the view of the fairy-lit chapel from the fire pit,” bride Caitlin shares. “It was a perfect day, and I got to step back and soak it all in.”
