Starry-Eyed Martini

2 oz. SKYY vodka
½ oz Bottlegreen strawberry elderflower cordial
1 oz fresh lemon juice
¼ agave syrup
½ ripe green pear
3 raspberries for garnish

1. Chop the pear into small pieces.

2. Muddle all the ingredients in a shaker, shake vigorously.

3. Double strain into a martini glass.

4. Garnish with three raspberries on a cocktail stick.
