Northside Nectar

2 oz Ballantine Scotch
¼ oz sugar in the raw liquid (liquid sugar)
¼ oz Allspice Dram
¼ oz Averna
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Lemon peel

1. Stir together Ballantine Scotch, liquid sugar, Allspice Dram, Averna and bitters.

2. Strain and serve over rocks. Garnish with flamed lemon peel.
