Cake by Rose Gateaux in Sainte-Cécile de Milton, Québec
From the designer: “I wanted to showcase the floral motif in the middle of the cake and mix modern and vintage influences. For this, I chose peach ombré and green colours. The black pearls add a touch of elegance to the cake, especially since they are rare and expensive in real life. In the ocean, pearls come in all different sizes, which is why I played with this variation on the cake. The flowers and fan are made of fondant and royal icing. In my opinion, this would please a young bride looking for a modern and prestigious cake.”
