Cake by Sweet Treats by Jen in Toronto
From the designer: “I really love vintage Victorian weddings and that’s where I got my inspiration from. Also, I wanted to give it a summer feel so I thought the orange flowers would complement the gold quite nicely. The cake is covered in fondant and detailed with royal icing. The piped royal icing patterns were painted with an edible gold. The roses are made from gum paste dusted with a pink edible food colouring and set with steam to give them a realistic look.”
